Thank you for registering for ASU SCMA’s Spring 2016 Career Fair. Below are additional details concerning the event. Please read through ALL of the information.
Shipment of Materials
Career Workshop*—Monday, January 25th, 2015
Location: 2nd floor of Memorial Union, ASU Tempe Campus
3:00pm – 3:50pm General reception between company representatives and SCMA students
4:00pm – 7:00pm Workshops conducted by company representatives for SCMA students.
*Dress code: business casual
Career Fair**—Tuesday, January 26th, 2015
Location: Arizona and Ventana Ballroom, 2nd floor of Memorial Union, ASU Tempe Campus
2:15 – 3:00pm Company Registration and set up
3:00 – 7:00pm Doors open to SCMA members only
Career Fair Interview Rooms—Wednesday, January 27th and Thursday, January 28th
Location: TBD on the ASU Tempe Campus
8:00am – 5:00pm Interview rooms reserved for SCMA Spring Career Fair companies and applicants
***One Interview Room a day per company
Career Fair Workshop
The Career Fair Workshop is a chance for company representatives to help our SCM students prepare not only for the Career Fair, but also for future internships. We hope this will help the students and give them a chance to learn more about the companies that are participating.
Companies have the opportunity to participate in one of the following:
- Mock Interview
- Resume Critique *Note: We do not provide interview questions for companies. Please respond to this email if your company would like to participate in the Career Workshop.
We like to make a book of the companies coming and the jobs being offered to our students. It would be greatly appreciated if you could fill out this form for our book by as soon as possible.
Important notices for the Career Fair:
- Tables are low, 6 ft. long rectangular tables.
· Due to limited capacity, banners should not exceed the length of the table.
· SCMA will ship materials after the event if a return label is provided.
· Maximum of three representatives per table.
· Please RSVP for the Career Workshop
· Invoices will only be provided upon request.
Shipment of materials:
We will receive shipments from 1/11/15 to 1/22/16. We are not responsible for any shipments arriving before or after these dates, so please send your shipments in appropriately. We ask that you clearly label your shipments so that we know which packages belong to each company.

Because there are many events running around this time, it is very important to address as listed above. Companies are responsible for any loss and/or damage of materials. Companies are also responsible for the cost and shipping of materials to and from the event. SCMA will ship materials after the event if a return label is provided.
